Welcome Poss to SF Guerilla Gig

Turning Fleet Week into
Freak Week
Our Drummer Shows Up! Officer Will Shows up for the Bust
With Poss in town for just one night, ELTD just had to put on a gig in his honor. Why not do it in pure SF style? A guerrilla gig attack on Washington Park in the heart of North Beach at the peak of fleet week. Perfect. With our rented generator humming in the background, we set up in the playground at the corner of the park, blasting our music to all the sailors in town.

Yes, there she is folks, live and in the flesh - OUR NEW DRUMMER! This was an exciting gig for the band as it was our second practice, aka first show with our new drummer, Julie Andrews. Obviously she rocked the entire crowd with her truely innovative beats to our songs.

After about the 4th song in our set, right as we launch into Kimble County Jail, Officer Will arrives on the scene, telling us that he has been getting complaints from the neighbors about all the "noise". "I could hear you three blocks away" he says in a kind voice. Unfortunately Officer Will put an end to the concert, but all was not lost. As we were packing up, he came around the backstage area, introduced himself, and invited SZQ out on a dinner date. Alls well that ends well in the world of Rock 'n' Roll.
